The Perdomo Grand Cru was introduced to the Perdomo family of cigars in 2009. The Perdomo Grand Cru uses all Cuban seed tobacco that is carefully managed throughout the growing process. This tobacco is the best of the best of the 2004 crop. The tobacco used has been hand selected so that only the finest is used to make these cigars. The Perdomo Grand Cru is offered in 3 different wrappers; a natural Connecticut shade, a Corojo, and a maduro. Each one offers up something a little different. All the binder and filler blends are the same, using a Nicaraguan Cuban seed. The Connecticut is creamy and smooth with a slight caramel flavor. The Corojo has a decent amount of spice with some nice earthy undertones. The maduro has a slight chocolate flavor with some spice. The Perdomo Gran Cru is offered up in a variety of sizes. You should easily be able to find your favorite size in these cigars. As expected with Perdomo these cigars are high quality and moderately priced. They are a good cigar that will leave a lasting impression on you.
