McClelland Tin - Bombay Extra 100g

Seward says in P&T Magazine "I have tried Bombay Court in this series, and it is a nice, unexceptional English-style blend. Bombay Extra starts with Bombay Court and gets juiced with red Virginia, Perique and more Latakia. The result is what I think of as the classic Scottish blend, English-like but heavier in the condimental leaf though not as heavy as a Balkan. This is a very fine example. The Latakia component is generous, but does not swamp the other flavors, just as it should be. The Turkish is ample without making it burn too hot, and the other components add their own idiosyncratic gifts in balance. This is a very rich and full blend, excellent after a meal, and best to me in a mid-sized pipe. I think Bombay Extra is probably one of the more successful McClelland English blends.
