Bagpiper's Dream a pretty good aromatic
I was trying to find an Altadis blend called Tartans and Bagpipes ( not found) but tried this blend and liked it, not too much black cav, or goopy aromatic stuff cognac flavoring

Possibly one of the best Aromatics around!
Has been a staple in my rotation since my first briar, wonderful room note, friendly taste, and burns well...just don't get it too hot and it will be tasty to the end!
Customer Testimonials
They should rename this blend 'Tongue Bite Express,' because you're buying a ticket aboard when you smoke it. Burns very hot and leaves its mark. A shame, because the tin note is excellent, and the room note is lovely. Not sure what happened here.
This is an interesting tobacco. REALLY nice cognac flavor. Extremely unique... one of the most unique flavors that I ever smoked (very surprising the first bowl). Seems like a very good quality tobacco also. However... it frys the hell out of my tongue worse than any Mac Baren ever has. I can't say any other tobacco has been this uncomfortable for me. Even when taken slow. I smoked about 6 bowls. Same every time. For the latest bowl, I tossed in about 1/3 black cavendish (Nat Sherman #509) to try to cool it off. Seemed slightly better, but not great. Really unfortunate, because I keep craving the cognac flavor, but can't stomach the bite. Your millage will vary. Everyone's PH is different. Worth a try, but don't think I can smoke any more.
Got a sample from an associate in Cali. It was aged a couple of years and very dry. I liked it's subtle flavours, so I ordered a tin from here and found a very different critter. Still awesome. The booze is much more pronounced though. It helps to dry it a bit before loading. Nicely done!
