| When will I receive my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery can take from 1 to 7 days depending on where you are! You will receive an email once your order has been processed. If you've selected UPS as your ship method, you can refer to the map for a estimation for your delivery. Once you have your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for estimated delivery information to appear.
USPS Priorty Mail delivery time is approx 2-3 business days, but this is not a gurantee and may vary. The number you receive in your shipment email, if you've selected USPS Priorityship method is a confirmation number, not tracking.
If you've received a shipping confirmation email, and see an error, please contact customer service via
email or at 1-800-494-9144 during business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday) as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
| | | How much does shipping cost?PipesandCigars.com uses real-time shipping rates, which means we charge you the actual cost of shipping from our location to yours based on the method of shipping you select during check-out.
To determine your shipping cost use the following steps:
1. Fill your shopping cart
2. Click Checkout
3. Fill in the necessary address information - if you are not ready to check-out and only want an idea of the shipping cost, you need only enter your zip-code for this step
4. Select your ship-to method (UPS, USPS, 3-day etc...) from the shipping options menu
5. Click Apply
When the page returns you will see an adjusted total including shipping in the upper right hand corner of the page. If you wish to check the cost of a differnt ship method, simply repeat steps 3, 4 & 5.
If your order totals more that $100, UPS Ground Shipping is free! (for the 48 continguous states.)

Free Shipping is available for any order totaling $100+ with a US domestic delivery address in the 48 continguous states. Free shipping is via UPS Ground Residential. For your convenience, our shopping cart has a total count down to let you know how close you are to the free shipping total!
| | | Do you ship to APO - FPO addresses?
YES! We are proud and happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses. We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.
To place an order you do not need to do anything special during check out other than selecting USPS as your shipping method. A completed ship-to address going to an APO/FPO should include:
your name
your unit &/or location information
APO/FPO is entered as your city
AE as your state
and then zip 09XXX in the zip code area.
