Just getting into pipe-smoking, and this stand is reasonably priced, really 'stands' out on my dresser, and makes for a classy display piece. I don't have any great pipes yet, but as I build my collection, this stand will certainly come in handy. For now, it's housing a briar and two corncobs

My 3 pipe stand is attractive and well made. I keep my favorite briers in it. I consider it a functional desk ornament.
The 3 Pipe Stand is attractive and functional. Mine has a very slight wobble (hence the 4-stars), but other than that, I have no complaints and think it looks great on my cabinet. I just ordered the 5 Pipe Stand as well since my collection is growing at a rate that alarms my wife.

I brought the 9 pipe stand which holds 5 pipes on the bottom row and 4 on the top row. In my opinion this is the perfect type for a desk top. This is a very sturdy stand, looks beautiful and is designed to hold almost any type of pipe. The Coyote wood is very attractive an I like this model so much I have another one in my wish list.
