Not bad. I think an adjustable reamer serves the purpose much better.
5 out of 5
Works just as advertised! I have other reamers, but this seems to fit the shapes of most bowls and the handle is more comfortable and easy to control. Buy one!

Excellent for my country gentleman cobs, Sav. 320,s my bare bones pipes, Just reamed my whole collection!!!!!! Should’ve purchased sooner. Works excellent go slow and you will have your pipes like new again!!’

I really like this tool. It has caught me up on my pipe cleaning and did so quickly and easily.

Needed this item!

I already have an adjustable reamer, but this is much easier to use with the T-handle. Does a great job and stays straight to the bowl's original boring.

Great reamer tool. Does various bowl sizes. Would help if a drill to clean bowl stem was included.

It works better than any other product I've used in the past when it comes to cleaning the bowl.

Does a very fine job of removing the cake from my pipes.
5 out of 5
Useful for my meerschaum pipes.
5 out of 5
Works great. Started with the smallest diameter and worked up to the largest that would fit in the bowl. Cleaned my old thirty year old pipes up so they were like new. If done properly you don’t need to use any real force. The handle is plastic, but it mates nicely with the reamers.

rders were handy and arrived rather quickly. The only problem I had was findking the bulk order for Captain Black. I did have to spend alittle time hunting for since it was not in the "bulk"section.
5 out of 5
Excellent product. One of the best reamers I've seen.
5 out of 5
Absolutely fantastic tool! Has all the sizes you need for however long you e had your pipe as well as different bowl sizes!
5 out of 5
Awesome! Durable plastic. Has multiple sizes so i started out with a smaller one and worked my way up. I have a meerschaum pipe that had up to 1/8 of caking which i learned should not do with meerschaum. Well this tool helped me clean it all out! Its great! Wont dig into meerschaum either.

This is the handiest gadget a pipe smoker could have. It comes packaged with a handle and four cutter blades of different sizes. The reviewers who complain about it are simply not taking their time when using it. Go slow and easy and it will clean the excess cake from your pipe.

The ream all fits every pipe I own. Good price, does a good job.
5 out of 5
Useful and effective.

Really love this pipe reamer. Different size tips to handle pretty much any and all pipes. Also, the quality of the handle and screw attachments are not cheap or flimsy.
5 out of 5
The Decatur reamer makes the task easy, fast, and perfect every time. I am delighted with mine and should have bought one years ago. This is the most complete reamer I have seen and I fixed 4 pipes in just a few minutes. Perfect bowls every time. Highly recommend

Restoring old estate pipes and this tool does the job. Easy to use, perfectly reams out a bowel if you use the right attachment. Go slow, use the right size, and it works perfectly. None better.
5 out of 5
Best reamer I have used.
5 out of 5
Packed nicely in a box that serves as a storage box . Well made and sturdy . I've only used it once so far but was very impressed with both the ease and how evenly and uniform the cake was removed. Nice thin even layer left in the chamber.

It works beautifully
5 out of 5
I bought myself one of these sets for Christmas. I just used it for the first time. It worked like a dream. I would say to always make sure you use the right size attachment because your pipes going to give before this thing does. This thing is not cheap and flimsy like those reamers that they give away.

This tool is great for cleaning pipes. I let my neighbor borrow it and he could not believe how easy and how well it worked.
5 out of 5
Great tool, worth the money.
5 out of 5
Does exactly what it's supposed to do...just be gentle. And easy Does it..don't want to take all the carbon and Reem it down to the bare wood. I successfully reamed 2 of my pipes. They smoke and taste much better...but like I mentioned startvwith the smallest and work up to whatever size it needs to be to gave the carbon the thickness of a dime. This would be a great gift idea too..I gifted one to myself...twasn't disappointed.

I liked the attachments for multiple bowl widths.

This is the best I have ever seen and I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with my pipe reamer. Thanks for selling great products.
4 out of 5
I was hesitant to buy a fixed-blade reamer. Between the four sizes of reamer blades it fits all of my pipes, including some odd sized ones. Definitely improves your smoke quality.

Excellent pipe cleaning tool. A must have for all who enjoy a pipe.

Does a great job in reaming the bowl. One of the best tools I’ve come across for maintaining the pipes.

I like the Decatur Ream All it does the job very nicely and the price was spot on.

The Decatur ream-all is an extremely interesting and useful tool but could be better. Why more reamers don't have a handle, such as this one, is beyond me (but may be worth noting that another review stated the handle was fragile--I'll find out). My real problem is this: I attached the smallest reamer element to the handle, and using the tool, I was really pleased by the way it took out excess carbon from the pipe bowl. I thought I'd now use the next size element; however, I could not detach the smallest element from the handle. Perhaps if I used pliers, I could yank it apart. But that raises the possibility of snapping off the tendon which attaches into the handle. That made me think: Why not incorporate a release mechanism into the design? Or why not have the element screw on? At present, the tendon's shape is a square. (I noticed another reviewer complained of elements falling off.) Maybe my individual one has too tight a hole, and maybe all the other ones are fine. Maybe. Well, it works with the one element firmly attached, and I've a "senior pipe reamer" for finishing the job.

Keeps my pipes clean and good smoking condition

Great pipe reamer for cleaning and rejuvenation of all of my pipe collection
5 out of 5
Does as advertised but won't scrape down to raw briar if that's a deal breaker. Built sturdy enough to remove excess carbon buildup. Packaged nicely to give as gift but ribbons and bows don't do the dirty work. Used twice so far.
5 out of 5
The Decatur Ream-All is exactly what I needed. The attachments provided will enable me to use it on all of my pipes. Great product!
5 out of 5
The different size blades are very convenient and fit all of my pipes. Easy to control and very solid which helps avoid any “slips” that could damage the pipe chamber. Great tool.
5 out of 5
Versatile tool, worked great on a new estate pipe that I recently picked up. The reaming ends come in a good range of sizes, looks like most of my pipes will be covered.

Looks like it should do a decent job reaming the bowls

I was really surprised how well it worked! I have two of my older pipes that I have that I still love to smoke. I couldn’t believe how it made them as good as new!

I had been using a knife to ream my pipes but could not do a satisfactory job. The Ream-All offers enough different sizes to accommodate a wide range of bowl sizes.
5 out of 5
I have been smoking pipes since 1972. This is by far the best reamer I have used. If you have a heavy cake you may want to start small and work up to get a good clean and even ream.

great tool and cleaned my pipe bowls nice

I HAVE USED THE DECATUR REAM-ALL FOR A WHILE NOW AND THINK IT IS A REALLY GOOD TOOL. IT HAS 4 DIFFERENT SIZE REAMERS THAT WORK WELL ON THE PIPES I HAVE. I CAN SEE WHERE YOU MIGHT FIND YOURSELF WANTING AN ADJUSTABLE FOR AN ODD SIZE PIPE. THE T-HANDLE LETS YOU POWER THROUGH THE JOB QUICKLY. THE REAMERS ARE SLIGHTLY TAPERED SO YOU CAN WORK THEM DOWN IN. THE BOTTOMS ARE ROUNDED. IT IS A SIMPLE TOOL WELL SUITED FOR GENERAL CLEANING

Everything it said it was in better

Great tool. The 4 heads pretty much cover any size bowl you might come across. As an estate pipe buyer, it's a must have.

I have many pipes and have had to send them out to restore the bowl. Now I can do that myself with these tools. Kudos

This item comes up under many manufacturers, but Decatur is extremely solid and will last many years. Used this on all my pipes (that took a while) and never faulted. Now all my pipes smoke like new.

Pleased with product
5 out of 5
Although I obviously don't smoke very much since after 4 months of rotation none of my regular pipes had much in the way of carbon build up.
However the oldest one proved that carbon build up can be surreptitious! I hadn't noticed it but the reamer proved that there was a lot more than I thought.
Its easy to use, does a very good job and will no doubt help to preserve my collection for years to come.

I was very pleased with this purchase. It is well made and easy to use. Despite having arthritis in both thumb/wrists I had no difficulty reaming my pipes.

I have used various tools to ream my pipes over the years but the Decatur Ream-All without a doubt beats them all. It is very easy to use and has reamers sized to fit pipes of any bowl dimension. The item is well made and should last a long time.

Everything I wanted and expected.

This reamer is perfect for my whole rotation of pipes, there are different sizes and every one fits at least one of my pipes. They clean great and leave a perfect amount of cake!
5 out of 5
I smoke corn cobs and this reamer gives my pipes new life. I ream them out and replace the stem about once a year and Missouri Meerschaums will last 7 or 8 years if you keep this up.
5 out of 5
Different sizes for different pipes and does get all remaining ash left in bowl.

This item is super easy to use and it does an excellent job at keeping my pipes clean!

Love this thing!
4 out of 5
This is an excellent reamer for an average depth bowl. However, for reaming a deep bowl it will give you problems. Hard to keep an even cut & the reamer keeps falling off. Also had a mess on my hands & had to finish the job with sandpaper to even out the inside bowl surface. I won't attempt using it on my new Cavicchi again. Some type of retainer is needed to keep the reamer from falling off. Saves time & works great in a shallow bowl, however.
5 out of 5
Seems to be a decent pipe reamer @ a fair price. I would recommend it to other pipe smokers in order to take appropriate care of their pipe(s). Best pipe reamer I've ever owned or used.
4 out of 5
It works very well!
5 out of 5
Best price for the best & easiest reamer to use. I've tried others but nothing works as good as this one.
5 out of 5
Most of my pipes were quite funky and in need of a good cleaning. This tool did the job. Highly recommend it.
5 out of 5
it does exactly what I need it to do
5 out of 5
Works very well, not too aggressive so it doesn’t damage the bowl. The selection of reamer sizes, when properly matched to your pipe, do a great job “taming” the carbon buildup for a much improved smoke.
5 out of 5
This pipe accessory is a necessary investment to the discriminating pipe smoker who enjoys the difference between a smooth, flavorful smoke and a sooty, biting smoke. The handle grip provides cleaning the bowl with ease. Thank you Pipes and Cigars.
5 out of 5
My pipes had been caking up over several years of daily smoking. I got this tool and tried it on one of my cheaper pipes at first. It got most of the cake out and left a nice smooth, thin layer. I've reamed probably 8 of my pipes now and it has worked great. A couple of the older ones had a lot of buildup, and they cleaned out nicely. The 4 sizes of reamers are right for just about any pipe, except one of my freehands that has a tapered bowl shape. This is one of those things that I should have bought years ago for pipe maintenance.
5 out of 5
Used it once on my favorite pipe. Like starting over with a new pipe. Does a good job. Just make a few turns and the bowl is clean
5 out of 5
Was well worth the price
4 out of 5
Works well as long as it is not overstressed when turning the plastic handle.
5 out of 5
I have tried other reamers in the past and the were all short lived. This one is made very well, has 4 different size reamers. Reams great. Love it.
4 out of 5
Tool arrived in a timely manner, and in excellent condition. I am currently working on 25 very old estate pipes I was given. The cake build up on some is quite heavy. This reamer works great . I start with a smaller bit, and work my way up to the proper size. this tool is not built for aggressive heavy handed use. Work slowly, with a moderate pressure, and this Decatur will last!

Decatur always puts quality into ever product - And the Ream-all is just that , Ever pipe smoker needs one !

This tool will pay for It's self. Don't try to use it like a piece of heavy Eqt. Standard pipe maintenance it's great.
Dealing with Pipes and Cigars is smooth and easy plus fast in their Service.

a great tool to have in your collection of pipe gear--- easily reams your pipe.
5 out of 5
good tool to have. I have never had a reamer before and I now understand how important they are in taking care of a pipe
5 out of 5
Really Like this tool. It is the best I Have ever had. Works great.
5 out of 5
Great little tool for all of your pipes
3 out of 5
I, too, found that the handle is made of weak material. It's hollow inside, and eventually broke under the pressure of turning it to scrape the bowl. So I now apply and turn the four attachments with my hand, or occasionally with a pliers if necessary. It sometimes doesn't get the whole job done, and I have to use a sharp blade along with it to ream the bowl.
2 out of 5
This tool and the four different sizes is good in theory, but its made of cheap plastic which warped and affected the way these pieces fit together after only a few deep cleans/reams. I don't think anything can compete with those adjustible metal reamers that come with a drill bit. But, the price is right on these, so for the casual reamer I'm sure they'll be just fine.
5 out of 5
good tool easy to use
5 out of 5
Great tool and easy to use.

Very handy tool - love the fact that you can change the heads to suit the bowl diameter. Makes cleaning the pipe very easy. Would highly recommend.

I've always preferred a roll pouch over the zipper style. My old leather finally gave up its ghost several months ago. Fortunately the Decater brand was readily available and I would highly recommend it. Great old fashioned design and colour.
5 out of 5
Just received this set I have been using a knife to clean my pipe and it took some time. Now a few turns and I have a clean bowl to fill for a satisfying smoke. Great pipe cleaner.

its very effective it cle ans various sizes bawls
4 out of 5
Works very good.
5 out of 5
I love this tool. I had a number of impossibly caked pipes that used to belong to my grandfather. This tool worked right through it without my running the risk of damaging the pipes with power tools or gouging them with any sort of hand tools. A great investment well worth full price, much less the half off here.
3 out of 5
It gets the job done, but it's identical to the Castleford set that snapped in my hand - so identical, in fact, that I suspect that it is made by the same manufacturer. The T-handle really needs to be made of a sturdier material than plastic; however, it's fine for the price.
5 out of 5
Absolutely the best; the only word of caution is don't look at what comes out:-) it will a bit of a shock.
5 out of 5
This really works well. It leaves an even cake (unlike my previous method of wrapping a pencil or large bolt in varying grades of sandpaper). Also, does the better job with much less elbow grease.
Thanks.

The only issue i have with this set is that the case it came in , the lid is so tight that i almost had to damage it to open it. so i took an old chocolate tin, filled it with a piece of foam rubber and cut out slots for the tool pieces. no issues anymore. ;)

Good decent set of tools for the occasional pipe hobbyist. Good decent price. The set gets the job done for my occasional needs. Reasonably good quality. No complaints.
5 out of 5
Super pleased with how well this reamer combo works. Each of the four different-sized reamer elements fits into the provided plastic T-handle 7/16" socket. The key benefit is that the metal reaming element continues around the bottom of the tool to enable the bottom of bowl to be completely reamed more effectively than a W.J. Young C. Kleen Reem does. The fixed-sized elements were a perfect fit for all but one of my dozen+ pipes.
5 out of 5
Works very good just as advertised.
5 out of 5
Worked like a charm! Had a pipe with very thick rock hard cake in it from over use and neglect. Started working the reamer into the bowl and had a bit of difficulty getting it to cut through it but then I wetted a paper towel with 151 rum and stuck it into the bowl left it for a couple of minutes then tried again and it cut through it like butter. It left the perfect amount of cake behind was very sturdy and appears like it will last a long time. Would highly recommend this reamer.

Wish I had known to do this years ago...what a difference is makes to smoke without a layer of soot, and a shrunken bowl !

this pipe reamer did a good job on my pipes its very sturdy

Bought this reamer set for my husband for Christmas and he is extremely happy with it. He says his pipes smoke almost like they're brand new. Excellent purchase.
5 out of 5
Excellent tool, it does exactly what it is supposed to do, well worth the money.
5 out of 5
Great reamer! I used this set to clean up a couple of old estate pipes that had a lot of rock hard cake build up. This reamer cut through it perfectly. The handle and reamer bits were very rigid and did not flex at all. I will confidently use again on other pipes. Very affordable and performed perfectly. Would recommend.
5 out of 5
I wish that I had one of these years ago. it works great.
4 out of 5
Works decent."T" handle comes off too easy when cleaning. Spring loaded blades would be great.
4 out of 5
This tool works very well. There are two improvements i would recommend.
! the reamer could be a little sharper.
2 The handle could be a little larger. If you are reaming multable pipes it could get uncomfortable.
5 out of 5
Bought some nice second hand pipes at a flea market and wanted to refurbish them. Since I saw the recommendation in the catalog for these reamers I gave them a try. For the price I wasn't expecting much, boy was I wrong. This is a great item and it made quick work of the old pipe cake and within minutes I was able to clean off the old cakes and get down to the business of sanding, staining and waxing my flea market find.

Anytime I place an order and have an extra few bucks, I'll get more tobacco, or a little better pipe. You'd think at my age I would remember how the right tool makes the world a better place. Buy the damn tool. It's awesome.

Excellent tool. Works great
5 out of 5
Best reamer I have bought yet. Works on any pipe.
5 out of 5
On the positive side it is sturdy and should last for a long time. The box it comes in is compact with a foam insert that makes storage easy. I have 9 pipes with various bowl diameters so I was able to give it a decent try out. Due to bowl shapes the reamer would only clean halfway down on most pipes, but by using the next smaller size I was able to do a decent job of cleaning the rest of the bowl. On several pipes it took the cake off to the wood and than some. On my 2 Petersons it would only clean down 1/4 inch.
5 out of 5
Unlike some, it has a good grip that allows for controlled work on a pipe. Measures up to the claims and does it's job.
5 out of 5
Finally I found a reamer that works for my Savinelli Rick Briar. Other reamers no able to reach down deep and left the bottom of the bowl narrow.
5 out of 5
Made an old pipe better than new by leaving the amount of cake a well broken in pipe should have.
5 out of 5
Can ream some of the pipes I couldn't with my other pipe reamers
4 out of 5
I only recently started my adventure into the world of pipes. My older brother suggested that I look into low cost estate pipes through a major online auction site as a way to quickly and inexpensively build a rotation that would serve until I could begin the process of replacing them. I knew that I would need to do some restoration work on these pieces, creating the need for a reamer that would do the trick. This product works like a charm, and is pretty well fool-proof (which is a good thing, as I am quite the fool). It has done an incredible job of reaming the cake out of each of the estate pipes I have purchased. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a quality reamer.
5 out of 5
Excellent tool. Wish I had bought one years ago.

to be without it, is like not having a toothbrush.

It's a good tool for pipe smokers. It sure beats using my pocket knife and/or using Dremel tools to clean out the bowl! I recommend it.

I have been wanting to start learning the ropes in regards to Estate cleaning & restorations. I was going to go with a Buttner style reamer, but was advised to get a T-handle design for the job. The fit and finish of the Decatur Ream-All is better then I had expected and it worked VERY well on a couple of my heavier caked personal pipes ( as a test ) Very simple and easy to use as well as a breeze to clean after the job is done. I am very happy with this item and for the price it's hard to beat.
