The Drew Estate two-piece tamper, made by Tsuge is a sleek and attractive pipe tool. The shaft of the tamper is emblazoned with the Drew Estate logo, and when the shaft is unscrewed, it exposes a long pick to make it easy to clear out the dottle. This well-made tool is built for a lifetime of use.
Wasn't sure if this design would be practical, but I'm surprised at how often I reach for it now that I have the option for a super long and skinny poker/tamp. If you have deep Va bowls or JM Boswell type Lord Humongous pipes in your collection that bock at most tampers, this thing laughs back and says "I'll be your huckleberry".

Excellent tamper tool.

The length, scooped tamper head, and somewhat hooked end are nice bonuses. The length helps with deeper bowls. The scooped tamper head reduces the risk of putting out embers accidently. And the hooked/slotted end helps with cleaning. One of my go-to tools now.

Good quality and low price, exquisite workmanship, and very practical!
Just received my tamper am I impressed! The disc is not flat it is actually cupped. The photos make it look flat. The tip of the poker has a scoop that will help to clear out any dottle !! The connection between the two pieces are solid. This is well made and a steal at this price. Order yours today you will be glad you did. J.E.
