Finally an inexpensive pipe lighter with a fluid level window. Works well!

Has trouble lighting

I have a drawer full of pipe lighters some expensive some low cost and none of them worked out. I have been using this lighter for several weeks and it is perfect! It has a good flame, does not leak, and ignites every time. I have already ordered a second one.

Works good. Runs out of butane quickly.

It was a great buy and works even better than I thought it was going too. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get one

A good size, stylish, and seems well built. Flame is easy to adjust, and function is easy with one hand. A very nice lighter.

It worked wonderfully, but it stopped igniting after only 2 refills, it was like buying an expensive triple pack of Bic lighters. Very disappointing.

So, I got this lighter, and it has a really nice design and feel... that is about where it stops. First, the tank is SUPER small. If you are lighting a cigarette, you are fine, but if you are lighting a pipe many times a day, it is just not enough. Second, it has many flaws; the wire where the spark comes from has to be "maintained", the pin that holds the pivot arm, has to be "maintained", and it is just too much to have to worry about taking it apart, adjusting, and making it work to be worth it. Third, it is the same exact sparker that you get on every single lighter at every single gas station in the entire world. Three stars for how it looks and feels. Please note, that it is a "soft" light lighter as well.

Pretty good. Does take a few clicks to light and has a small tank. Feels a little cheap. Hope it holds up well.

Runs out of fluid quick so I need to refill every day but it works just fine

I will start off by saying that it is a very nice looking lighter. It fits in your pocket quite well, and is perfect for lighting a pipe. With that said, mine lasted less than a month. I even had to take it apart and push up the "lighting wire" to get it to light. I will have to take it apart again to see if I can clean it off, and readjust accordingly. The big con, it the small tank. I just don't think someone should have to fickle with taking apart a lighter to get it to work.

My first pipe lighter from using matches. I am happy with the purchase. There is a small screw on the bottom next to the butane refill and adjuster. I recommend unscrewing, taking off the bottom cap and sliding off tank cover. You can then adjust the level of butane with two fingers, and you can see the amount of butane to know it is full. The flame can be a subtle flame or a torch. Nice color and branding. Thanks, P&C!

EUREKA! Finally a butane lighter worth it’s Salt.

The only detail that I would improve upon is the flame adjustment. The standard screwdriver head size needed for adjustment is not a typical size found in most homes in my opinion. It needs to be thin and wide. A possible fix is to include the tool within the lighter...perhaps replace the pipe scraper end of the existing tool with a screwdriver??

This lighter is well worth the price. It isn't too good in the wind but is a good tool.

At last, my search for a reliable, effective pipe lighter is over!

So far this has worked well unlike three pipe lighters just going to say start with a c and cost over 50.00 each went thru 3 in 4 months and all quit no matter what I tried
This low price pipe lighter has a somewhat small tank or maybe it is just I smoke to much and I do have a pipe in my mouth most of the time ,right now working on a way to keep it lit in the shower still a work in progress.

Good lighter. Glad I ordered.

Nice lighter for the money. Has a Fuel tank window, tamper is a nice added feature. Ignites flawlessly. The flame height adjustment is coarse but effective. I use it on pipes and cigars. Good value. Buy it.

The lever you push to ignite it was a bit loose, but a decent lighter for the price.

Bought two lighters. One works fine, but the other operates intermittently and appears to lose its butane charge far too quickly.

Good lighter, easy to use, pizo ignition and an included tamper/pick. But it has two minor drawbacks. First, the fuel capacity is on the small side. Frequent refills mean that this will probably run out at an inconvenient time. Have a backup ready. The second issue is that the flame adjustment fitting requires a tool to adjust; just another thing to carry around. Hard to find a screwdriver of the right size, too. Most are too small to engage the slot or too large to fit the recess. It would be wonderful if the pick of the included tamper/pick was enlarged just a bit to fit the valve.

Using a butane lighter is a learning experience and this one was easy. Good for arthritic hands, window easy to see and the tool included ,though small, can be useful.

I have several different styles of lighters, and this one is my favorite. I really like it.

I've had this a short time, but so far, it's worked perfectly. Colibri butane which I already had works with it. It is now much easier to light my pipe.

Good lighter, good design functionality, but it requires frequent refills.
