A great new partnership... Hamlet Paredes was a mainstay of the Cuban cigar industry. This master roller was frequently called upon to travel to other countries to roll at in-store events. When he wanted to take his family away from Cuba, Rocky Patel stepped up to help him. Rocky employed him to work at his Burn Lounge in Florida, and gave Hamlet the opportunity to work with tobaccos he had never experienced before. With this broad palette at his disposal, he set to work to create something different than anything he had made before, and the result is Hamlet Tabaquero. These gems are clad in a super-dark San Andres Marron wrapper. Underneath are dual binders - one from Brazil and one from Mexico. Finally, a select group of Nicaraguan long-fillers complete the package. Espresso, dark chocolate and toasty notes lead the way with hints of sweet spices, earth and pepper on the finish. These 90-rated Nicaraguan-made cigars are just the beginning of a wonderful collaboration.
