The unit is filled with beads that work two way to keep your humidor at 70% relative humidity - it not only gives off moisture, but if your humi becomes too humid, it will absorb moisture to keep the box at optimal levels. It can't be any easier to use, as well. Fill the included tray to the fill line with distilled water or a PG solution like Humi-Care Cigar juice, then place the humidifier face down until it has absorbed the liquid.
