Dunhill is one of the most legendary names in premium tobaccos, known equally well for their cigars as their pipes and pipe blends. For a long time, Dunhill cigars were made in Cuba, and their 'A' size was the favorite of Groucho Marx. Why am I mentioning this? Because Dunhill 1907 is a tribute to the founding of their company, and this blend will deliver a flavor profile that rivals the ones that came out of Cuba.
A nut-brown Honduran wrapper with a silky sheen is laid over a Dominican binder and a filler blend containing Dominican ligeros and Brazilian Mata Fina. Despite the rich combination, this cigar leans more toward medium-bodied with sweet wood and leather notes, a touch of coffee and roasted nuts, and a hint of beguiling spice.
