Erik Stokkebye has made quite a splash with his 4th Generation products, and now there's a new item that we're excited about - 4th Generation Pipe Lighters. These solidly-built, side-firing soft flame lighters use the reliable sparkwheel ignition system. These pipe lighters have plenty of fuel capacity and have a pull-down tamper that can be removed for use as a pick. They're gleamingly finished in chrome, with the 4th Generation logo against a black or brown background. Best of all, despite the sturdy construction and dependable performance, the price on this 4th Generation pipe lighter is very reasonable.

good but not great
The lifetime warranty is great. The meterials (that can be seen) are high quality and durable. The fit and finish could use work. The flint holding tube jiggled right out of the box. It's idea of pressure regulation is pseudo random. Over all worth the price though. And mainly does what a pipe lighter should. It lights pipes.

Awesome
Great lighter, loved the Black version so picked up a silver as well, workhorse lighter!
Customer Testimonials
Received this handsome lighter a few days ago and so far so good. Mine lights just fine with a nice soft adjustable flame...Only down side I see is that it is not wind proof. Nicely made lighter for the money paid.

More work than its worth. Problems with lighting from box opening, no leaks or anything just takes way to many tries to light. tried all sorts of fuel and flints, and now the shaft where the flint goes is loose. Go higher end in this style lighter. Works but takes six or more strikes to get a flame.
