For years, the P&C Faithful have been buying and raving over 5 Vegas Gold, and for good reason. They're smooth, well-made, and consistent. Another Connecticut Shade cigar gets similar comments - Perdomo Champagne. So when the powers-that-be at 5 Vegas wanted celebrate the anniversary of 5 Vegas Gold, who did they turn to? You guessed it - Nick Perdomo. If you love a mellow but flavorful cigar, you'll want in on 5 Vegas Gold Anniversary.
Made at Perdomo's Nicaraguan factory, these gorgeous cigars sport a golden, silky, Connecticut Shade wrapper that's so consistent in color that you can hardly see the seams. The rest of the cigar consists of choice Nicaraguan tobaccos to elevate the flavor profile above the typical Connecticut Shade offerings. I just had the pleasure of enjoying a 5 Vegas Gold Anniversary Churchill (and I don't often smoke mellower cigars) and was thoroughly impressed with the flavor, noting leather, wood, toast, baking spices, and just a hint of white pepper. Just as remarkable is the construction. My sample burned straight as a die from first light until it was down to a nub. So when you combine a brand known for flavor and value and team it up with a master of shade-wrapped cigars, you know you're in for something special. These cigars are something you don't want to miss.
