Most cigar fans have a drawer full of lighters. I've got dual, triple, and quad-flames, torch lighters with cutters and punches built-in, but my go-to is a simple single-flame lighter - the Alec Bradley Firestarter. Why? It's feels good in the hand with its rubberized finish, it's lightweight so it doesn't weigh down my pocket, and it has a reliable, consistent pinpoint torch flame, plus, it doesn't hurt that it's less than $10, by quite a bit.
Sure, I like sitting on the deck and using a triple torch for firing up a stick, but when I'm on the go, I like a simple lighter that does the job reliably, and that's what this lighter does best. Also, I never use a multi-flame lighter when I need to touch up a cigar because the Firestarter's narrow flame gives me the best control. You might just as well pick up a couple Alec Bradley Firestarter lighters so you'll always have one on hand.
