The problem with writing about Ave Maria is where to begin. Should I start with the nearly flawless Ecuador Habano wrapper that has a satiny sheen? Maybe I should mention the firm, consistent construction. Certainly the flavor is the highlight, though. Rich, creamy and very complex, it has an undertone of spice that announces its presence without taking the lead. It has a subtle sweetness that ties everything together beautifully. The draw and burn are as good as you'll find, and the artwork of the band and box are incredible. I'll gladly stack Ave Maria against any of the "big brands" any day.
Flavor was a little on the bitter side. Not a sweet cigar but not my favorite.

This is my first cigar. I don’t know how to pick up the little nuances yet. I personally found it enjoyable. It was was pretty mild I thought, with a good flavor. I had a couple of Pilsners while smoking it. I plan on ordering more.

Flavor is good. Smooth to medium, leather, dry fruit and a small amount of hay. Filler is unevenly dried so tunneling and canoeing occurs in different areas which alters the depth of flavor it could be producing. Maybe a longer hold time in my humidor might help?

Not my favorite flavor profile, burned uneven for me. Was a solid stick overall. Plenty of smoke. Easy to draw. I wouldn't turn one down, but probably won't buy this one again.
