Did you ever wonder about what happens to all the trimmings from handrolled long-filler cigars? These pieces, referred to as picadura, to be mixed with long-filler tobaccos to make affordable, but very tasty cigars like Bahia B-Line.
There's a lot of great leaf that goes into Bahia cigars, so it would be a shame to waste such flavorful tobacco. The picadura is blended with long leaves and wrapped with an Indonesian capa, resulting in a tasty medium-bodied stick. They may burn a little faster than a long-filler cigar, but starting at about $2 each, it's a small price to pay.
