I really love sandblasted pipes. I also like unfinished pipes that take on color over the years so I went nuts when I first saw the Baraccini Strattura Naturale pipes. They come in a variety of classic shapes drawing from their Italian heritage, and each one has been sandblasted to show off the wood's rugged texture. But since there's no stain or finish applied, the pipe will darken and take on a unique character as it's smoked. The natural wood appearance is paired with durable acrylic stems made with black and red colors to evoke the look of Cumberland but without the oxidation. Baraccini Strattura Naturale pipes deliver quality, good looks, and all at a great price.

The sandblast pattern on the one I received is a work of art. The pipe is light, well balanced, and smokes like a dream. OFC I already knew the qualities since I have this exact same shape in their Stratura Ebano offering, which is the black sandblast. Can't wait for this baby to color in! Fantastico!!!

Pack a bowl
I like my new Baraccini pipe. Nice size bowl and a good smoker. Fit and finish was not the best, but I can live with it for the price. Thanks for the deals P&C.

Excellent Value
I took a shot with this one, but couldn't be more pleased. It has a nice weight for clenching and smokes very well.

Lightweight, medium size bowl and, attractive looks useful
I will enjoy smoking the Baraccini Strattura Naturale 109, my first bowl smoked nicely giving a smooth draw which, helped me slow down, so the burning tobacco was cool enough sipping, then I am glad having it feel light and, it makes it useful because of the good looks.

My initial review. I suspect
My initial review. I suspect it will improve. It smokes wet and leaks moisture where the stem meets the briar. Maybe it's due to it being unstained. I'm hoping this deficit is short lived. It should get more absorbent over time. I like the shape and size. I want this as my G&W brown twist pipe. The wood is beginning to darken. Beautifully colored stem

I got the natural finish
I got the natural finish (unfinished?) poker style. It's a very nice pipe and very much a value. It's a class with the Peterson pipes. It's not an artisan pipe but smokes like it could be. A very nice pipe at a very reasonable price. It's great for a walk in the woods or when going fishing. It's lightweight makes it barely noticeable when in your pocket. I would recommend it to anyone just starting out with pipes or for the seasoned smoker that spends time in the shop.

Baraccini pipe
Great pipe! I have 5 Meerschaums and this pipe smokes like one. It's already changing to a cinnamon color and is a surprising cool smoking pipe. Highly recommend one.

Well made
This pipe has met all my expectations from the first bowl. Draws good, the bowl doesn't overheat, and it sits level when you put it down. My new pipe for when working in the shop.

Just Long Enough
This pipe is just long enough. I like Natural Rustic versions of anything because they are cooler to the fingers, and because without paint or varnishes the Briar breaths or absorbs the tobacco tars/oils moisture better.
