The core of this fuller-bodied, livelier Brick House is all Nicaraguan - bold, select long fillers surrounded by a rich binder leaf. What really makes these special, though, is the deep, dark Brazilian Aripiraca wrapper - a flavorful strain that's used on some of the best-selling maduros of the last ten years. This combination delivers notes of coffee, dark chocolate, sweet wood and toast with an undercurrent of smooth spice. The construction is firm, so you can expect a slow-burning, tasty experience.
Had not been a fan of Brick House in the past, but I was persuaded to try it at my local cigar shop and was pleasantly surprised. Only issue I had were more side-burns than I was expecting.
