Brigham set out to create a stunningly sandblasted pipe with the intention of making it top quality with an affordable price tag - the Brigham Chinook Pipes. They've certainly accomplished that goal with these gorgeous black pipes that are highlighted by a nicely detailed blast. They're finished off with durable, gleaming black acrylic stems and a bright silvery band. Of course, they all accept Brigham's "Distillator" rock maple filters that help reduce moisture and tongue bite. If you want a handsome briar with a filter system that will still allow you to cleanly pass a pipe cleaner, you'll want to pick up a Brigham Chinook Pipe.
After 2 bowls the rock maple filter became clogged for no apparent reason. Nothing stuck inside. Couldn't make a pipe cleaner go through smoothly no matter how I tried.

Bought a Chinook bent Dublin last year on sale through this website. It's a lovely pipe and smokes well. My first Brigham, and now I might buy another one...maybe a Mountaineer or another Chinook. The maple insert works easily.
