Best Virginia ever!
Cascadia Campsite has to be the most purest, best quality Virginia I have ever smoked. This gets a solid 5 stars and will never disappoint. The plug is tight with just the right moisture. The tin quality and tin art is of good quality too. Cascadia is an excellent tobacco brand!

Summers in Virginia
Wonderful mellow taste and room note. Not offensive in its smell in any way. Very subtle and slightly sweet. Excellent plug tobacco. Really does taste like a summer night by the campfire!

Strong Nicotine Content
Flavor is good but the nicotine was more on the strong side for me. I would recommend it to anyone but just be warned about the nicotine content if you’re more sensitive, like I am. Cuts nicely and for me it was easy to rub out and dry for a bit.

Looking for more pronounced flavor
Good quality and burn. But the flavors just don't come through enough for me. Too many similar blends with far more taste. Not a bad smoke just not enough going on for me.

Very rough cut. Couldn’t decide to smoke it as is or put it on the cutting board and chop it up. Either way a delightful smoke.

Clean Virginia
Good flavor and fairly easy to keep lit. Breaking it down and rubbing it out takes some time. A Virginia that has the nice smooth taste of a 100% Virginia. Nicotine is medium to strong.

Not bad , give it a try
This is a solid Virginia to add to your rotation , as in the description it is very moist , I like to cut into flake then rub it out , rubs out great. I let it dry for a few and it burned great. As far as taste and room note I don’t know if I can say anything about this one that hasn’t been said for most Virginia blends. It’ll age great in plug form and it’s a bit more work for prep but an enjoyable smoke. If you can get this on sale it’s worth a try !

Leaves You Wondering
Nice blend of Tobacco but...you just can't rub this out like all of the other plug cuts I've smoked. It has to be sliced up and left to dry out. If it's just rubbed out you get what you would find at a real campsite actual wet leaves.I've never seen large pieces of tobacco leaf like this. It's almost as if they skipped a step in the process.

Tasty
I wasn't sure what to expect from this. I am truly surprised by this blend. It is an excellent choice for someone who wants a nice mellow smoke. I will be buying more of this.

Great all day smoke.
I’ll start off by saying I’m kinda new to pipe smoking. I was always big into cigars and smoked a pipe occasionally but I’ve recently been digging deep into the world of pipe tobaccos. I really liked the Cascadia campsite. I’ve tried preparing it a couple different ways and have been pleased with it every time. It’s a relatively mellow and smooth taste with no bite that I have noticed. I’ll definitely purchase it again. This is the first of the Cascadias that I have tried but it surely won’t be the last, I can’t wait to try out their other blends.

Snuff dipper
Love the taste and smell. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I'm not used to dealing with cube cut. Took longer to work up enough that it would burn. But that's just my like of experience. It is very good.

A well balanced Virginia blend
Cascadia Campsite was very enjoyable Virginia blend. Starting from the rich hay tin note, to the well-behaved smoke with the bready/grassy flavors that Virginia lovers seek out. A nice surprise for such a light tobacco was the hint of warming spice. A perfect blend for a morning walk with the dog. I don't smoke many plugs, but I found that the best results came with a little drying time after cutting and rubbing the tobacco out.

A solid offering from Cascadia
With a nose redolent of hay and sweetgrass and a smooth draw, this tobacco is perfect for an evening (or a morning, or an afternoon) to oneself, either at a campsite in the woods or on one's deck or patio.

Very relaxing
I'm new to plugs but this was very enjoyable. Relaxing and mellow for that summers eve smoke.

Outstanding light-medium Matured Virginia
My favorite of the quintet. I use cigar guillotine cutter on rub out pieces with fingertips. I taste a restrained honey flavor lightly spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice. Extremely smooth and soft without hint of bite or mouth irritation. Very tasty without any trace of the sharpness characteristic of many straight Matured Virginia’s. Consistent taste top to bottom of bowl. A nice break from St Bruno and the Horses. Appeals to me much more than Capstan Blue or any of the MB straight Virginia’s. Does not wear out the palate. Light but not lightweight.
