Good full body flavor. Use it to roll my own cigarettes. I usually buy 12-16 bags at once and store them in a wooden chest in the bottom of my closet. I get approximately 1000 extra slim cigarettes per 16 Oz bag. Fast shipping.

Good middle of the road tobacco. Not really my style for pipe but I roll my wife's smokes using this for half the mix. Not quite as strong as winston.

the fact that you could roll this in a paper is irrelevant to the fact that you can smoke it in your pipe in the summer time when it is hot out for a robust flavor before the weather gets cooler and the aromatics become more popular

My husband loves the cut, Quality and flavor of the red Cherokee tobacco. He even changed a man to the red Cherokee this month. He ask to borrow a cigarette from my husband and he liked it so well he order it for himself.

Cherokee Red is good basic pipe tobacco with out the additional flavoring its semi course cut is ideal for most pipes . Cherokee Red is a good quality tobacco is a big bag that I would buy time and time again .

Twelve dollars for 16 ounces is a steel. I would classify this as a RYO. However it does smoke good in a pipe. There is a hint of cherry but you will still taste the tobacco itself.

A sweet cherry like flavor, smooth without a bite. A finer cut that smokes ok. Great value in this price range.

I've tried several different RYO tobaccos. While this one has a few stems, it has a better flavor in my opinion, than Jester or Gambler.

Heap big smoke and dirt cheap, Cherokee Red is hard to beat. Just smoke one bowl and you'll say, "This is a tobacco I can smoke all day."

This tobacco is very similar in flavor to name brand cigarette company. I recommend to anyone trying to save money by rolling your own cigarettes.. I will definitely purchase again.. There's stem pieces in the tobacco but I've found stems in more expensive tobacco's also it's just the nature of the product.

I only gave it a four star because the tobacco is a little fine and a little dry but all in all it’s a pretty good smoke I enjoy it . I may have to go back to a different site to get my tobacco every time I go to order their back order on the Cherokee red that’s aggravating

I fond this is a nice switch from some heavier pipe tobacco.

The tobacco is cut too thin that you can't tasted. You have to mixed with other tobacco more bulky. Burn too fast if you use alone.

I roll cigarettes for all the smokers at the retirement community where I live. These people have been smoking for many, many years and as such, they are quite particular about the quality of the tobacco I use. I have tried 8-10 different brands and the consensus is that while Cherokee is a good strong tobacco, it comes without the harshness one might expect. The tobacco cut and texture is consistent to the bottom of the bag, hence making it quick and easy for me to roll. Throw in the fact that the price of Cherokee on 'Pipes and Cigars' is the best around and it's a no-brainer to get this one every time. Try it and see.
