Comoy's Tradition series are elegant briars in classic shapes, with a golden-brown staining and polished to a handsome gloss. These shapes are drawn from the original Comoy's shapes that were made in the same French factory as today's versions.
I’m new to pipes. This is my 3rd one and so far it’s my favorite. I’m not 100% sure why that is yet, but it’s a nice pipe.

I own several Peterson pipes.

I own several Peterson pipes. I have purchased two Comoy's. Dollar for dollar, the Comoy is a better buy. I enjoy the Comoy pipes more than the Peterson's.

Comoy's 87T Zulu
Dec 10, 2019
Nice fit and finish, neither the shank nor the bit stands proud of the other. The grain is a nice flame pattern, what I expect of a pipe in this price range. The Zulu shape is light when clenched, as it isn't overly long, nor are the bowl walls very thick. This is a "delicate" little pipe, not a work-horse. It easily passes a pipe-cleaner, as it should. The draw is "open", meaning it draws effortlessly. I find this pipe to be very much to my liking, as it has smoked well from the first bowl. If you want a nice, light, "clencher", and don't mind the price, I can highly recommend this pipe. Regards, Dean

Nice pipe

Very nice pipe for the money. Light and comfortable. Smokes evenly and pipe cleaners go in easily though tightly. Grain is what should be expected for the price. A good value.

Not bad; deep bowl makes it ideal for longer smokes.

Personal preference for billiards and saddle bits and the #182 fits the bill perfectly.
