I bought this blend for RYO cigarettes only. I enjoy an occasional menthol in my daily rotation. The menthol taste in this blend is very subtle. The overall taste was pleasing and not harsh at all. If you prefer a heavy menthol taste this probably isn't the one for you.

Mild smoke with a very lite menthol flavor

This blend absolutely hits the spot for me. I've been curious about this blend for the past year or two. I finally got the gumption to purchase the blend. The aroma and taste of the blend is wonderful and delicious! I've been a Menthol smoker for 20 years, and I can't taste even a hit of Menthol. Some reviewers suggest that there might be a hint of mint, I don't recognize that either. I can recognize a casing or topping of some kind, but I've yet to figure out what it might be. Regardless of the casing, it doesn't overpower the taste and aroma of the Virginia's or Burley's The topping or casing only compliments it. This is a great smoke at any time of the day. I definitely will be purchasing more.

This is an intriguing smoke. It's not menthol but does have a right amount of spearmint flavor. It's sweet, smooth, but in no way like "smoking a stick of gum", a common fear of menthol smokers. It's a delight to smoke on it's own and great to use in a blend. If you're looking for a menthol tobacco, this isn't what you want. With that said, I've added Wintergold to menthol tobacco for a unique menthol taste! This is an all-day smoke with excellent spearmint flavor that also works great in making your own blends.

Smooth! the very subtle mint is fantastic. great in cold weather, definitely worth trying.
