My favorite! Never disappoints with
My favorite! Never disappoints with fantastic flavor and room note. Davidoff’s usual impeccable quality. Packs & lights easily, has a main component of burley & Virginia blended with a light dose of spicy oriental & a bit of whiskey - both of which you can detect but don’t overpower the base burley. I unconditionally recommend Davidoff Scottish Mixture.

It was alright
The burn was good and the aroma was nice. I didn't much care for the taste as much as I do their Scottish Mixture.

Not for me
This tobacco just isn't for me. It comes off a little too bold from my taste. I tend to like something with a little sweetness and some smokiness, but this stuff is a little too strong and harsh for my taste.

A solid smoke. Mild and flavorful
Fantastic aroma. Wood and liquor notes, but not as sticky as an English blend. It smokes lighter than a Cavendish, making it perfect for warmer days. I'm looking forward to smoking this while on the fishing boat

Good tobacco
Very smooth and rich taste. Mellow burn and easy smoke. Burns nice. It's a fine cut. Mellow smell. But has nice after burn.

Earthy Taste
Good blend, not my favorite, but I tend to like sweeter, lighter aromatic blends more. It has an earthy flavor to it which I enjoy on some occasions. I would say it has a semi-bold flavor to it.

The person that I brought it for is in love with its flavor and can not get enough of it. I am always reordering it for him.

Everyone is different decide for yourself.
Imo this doesn't get enough recognition. The Scottish mixture blends several tobaccos for a flavor profile that evolves through the bowl. Is it an aromatic, is it an English. It's both and tastes great. The scotch is light on the taste buds so Include a glass of your own. Davidoff is exceptional quality.

Stuntman broken review
I really enjoy this blend. I like it in the evening but I've smoked it throughout the day. Will order more

I bought the sampler of Davidoff, but I haven’t tried all of them yet. So I’m going to review the ones I’ve tried.
I smoked this blend in a new pipe, the first time the flavor was nonexistent, but the second time is when I started to taste the flavor. About half way into the bowl the flavors started to open up, and the scotch really came through. The aroma was outstanding as well, very pleasant. This is one I will definitely buy again.

Enjoyable smoke
Great burn time and I seldom, if ever have to relight. Thoroughly enjoyable to smoke, and so far is my favorite of the Davidoff pipe tobacco line. Not too harsh and by no means sweet, this reminds me of the profile I look for in some of my cigars.

Great
I’m a beginner pipe smoker and wanted to get into some different blends to try things out. The Davidoff Scottish Mix is great. A good smooth smoke and great flavor.

Flavor and Room Note
The Scottish blend had a good flavor and the aroma lasted for hours after without being overpowering. Not my choice for a daily smoke since, to me, it was a tad strong but very nice occasionally.

Davidoff Scottish Mixture
My first try of bulk tobacco as new to pipe. Pleasantly encouraged by how just the right moisture and flavor were maintained in packaging and subsequent handling. Thanks!

Don't Miss Out!
Davidoff shows their decades of tobacco mastery with this blend. Fantastic smoke, amazing room note, and no bite whatsoever. I usually smoke cigars and go to a pipe once in a while for a change of pace, and this is quality, especially when i enjoy it in my meer. Bravo Davidoff!!
Customer Testimonials
Most "Scottish" blends have Latakia and various orientals. Although the description says it has come orientals there is no Latakia. What this is, is a flavorful, smooth smoke that reminds me of many of the Danish blends like MacBaren's Mixture Modern. The Danes typically top their tobacco with some type of liquer and the tin says this one is topped with a rare Scotch Whiskey, which is why it's called Scottish Blend I suppose. The tobacco is smooth, flavorful and simply delightful to smoke. The Virginias show their character in that it can burn hot if pushed.

Reviews of this mixture on other sites be darned. This is an easy smoking, clean burning, ribbon cut tobacco. This is the kind of tobacco great cakes are made of. Truly I don't know why they call it a "Scottish" mixture or why it's classified as an aromatic. It's no more aromatic than Prince Albert or Granger. And it's certainly not a whiskey flavored blend. So I really don't know about why it's named and classified the way it is. As for how it tastes? Imagine a tobacco very similar to Prince Albert, only of a much higher quality, nicer ribbon cut, and less oiliness, with a somewhat dark smoky woody flavor to it. This stuff likes to build a cake quickly and does so with far less oiliness that any otc blends including Prince and Carter.

I love this Tobacco, so smooth and a great smoke! This is my "daily driver tobacco" so to speak. I can smoke 3 or 4 bowls in a row with this and be perfectly content! I definitely recommend it!
