Davidoff has a philosophy of using every tool at their disposal to create super-premium cigars with remarkable flavor and balance. For the new Davidoff Yamasa, they flexed their scientific muscle to develop something completely unique.
In the Dominican Republic there's a region called Yamasa that can yield spectacular results, but the area is notorious for being difficult to cultivate. Davidoff's team worked to develop a leaf that would flourish, and this singular tobacco is the wrapper for Davidoff Yamasa. This silky capa has a golden brown color and an oily sheen. They paired the wrapper with a Dominican San Vincente binder and a special collection of Nicaraguan long-fillers to create a medium to full-bodied delight with rich leather notes that are balanced by complex, gentle spices. It took a lot of effort to develop this incredible cigar, but once you try it, you'll realize that it was worth it.
