This is the original Diesel - dark, unequivocally robust, and full-bodied. Expect clouds of dense, almost chewy, smoke with layers of rich flavors, and spice that's not overbearing. The espresso-colored PA Broadleaf wrapper surrounds a core of some of Nicaragua's finest leaf.
I've never had such a dark, dense cigar produce this kind of creamy smoke in my life! The pre-light had a wonderful peat, dark chocolate flavor to the wrapper. The cigar started off disappointing me to the point I was grateful I had only invested in a 5 pack. Once the tobaccos warmed up, I was rewarded with the leathery, earthy, cedar notes I crave from a cigar. These are priced right and oh so good. There may be better out there, but I'm not reviewing those am I?
Well, I do enjoy a full flavored cigar from time to time and the Diesel Unholy Cocktail is certainly one that I enjoyed. Lots of great flavor from this bad boy yet not over powering. Nice hints of pepper and very creamy smoke. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a flavorful and smooth cigar.
