Cigars and beer. If there's a pizza involved, I'd call that a trifecta. Few things go as well together as a great cigar with a cold brew. That got Jonathan Drew to thinking about what cigar goes best with different beers, and the ground work for Smoking Monk was born. There are five blends in only one size - a 6.0" x 54 chunky toro. Each blend is named for the type of beer it was created to pair up with.
Hefeweizen - This mellow Connecticut Shade cigar is creamy and cedary with a bit of pepper, perfect to match up with a lighter brew.
Imperial Stout - This medium-full maduro has deep notes of cocoa, espresso and sweet spice - rich and robust.
American IPA - This medium-bodied blend is slightly sweet with a woody character, with hints of dark fruit and pepper.
Porter - Here's a sweet, medium-bodied maduro highlighted by chocolate, coffee, toast and sweet cream.
Triple Belgian - This medium-full blend is earthy and peppery with dark fruit notes in the background - great aroma.
