El Primer Mundo Epifania is a true epiphany. This unique full-bodied cigar was originally made in Miami. After a bit of an absence, it has returned with exactly the same blend, but now made at the Pinar del Rio factory in the Dominican Republic.
A golden-brown Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, glistening with oil, greets your eyes. This beautiful capa is draped over a combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers. The construction is unusual for a modern-day cigar, in that it is rolled in the old-fashioned Cuban method called "entubar", in which the fillers are rolled into a tube shape rather than being folded back and forth. It takes longer, but it packs more tobacco into the cigar, and helps to make the cigar burns more slowly and evenly. Notes of cedar, cream, and cocoa, backed up by a light, pleasant spice will wash over your palate, with a captivatingly rich taste and finish. Here's one you'll come back to time and again.
