P&C has been on board the Pinar del Rio bandwagon since the beginning, and we're happy to bring you what may be the best they've ever made - Flores y Rodriguez Connecticut Valley Reserve.
All coming in substantial ring gauges, these cigars boast one of the most singular combinations of top-notch tobaccos ever used. Starting it off is a super-dark and oily Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper that has been heavily fermented and aged for 7 years. Below the surface is a pair of binders - a Corojo from Ecuador and a Habano from Nicaragua - which hug select long-fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. These beautifully-constructed gems produce thick plumes of creamy smoke, and you'll notice notes of rich chocolate, cedar, roasted nuts and leather with an undercurrent of sweet spices that are most noticeable on the long finish. Flores y Rodriguez Connecticut Valley Reserve is the kind of cigar to set aside and savor at those very special moments.
