Gawith & Hoggarth Kendal Gold Peach

Love... I think that is the word. Not like, not prefer, not approve... Love this tobacco. The shag cut Virginia has just the right amount of flavoring to carry a pleasant peach flavor and provide a nice room presence. I can't keep my wife out of the bag, she is a southern girl and says it is the best peach smell ever.

In truth I was very disappointed with this particular brand of peach. It was very thin cut, and in all honesty when I open the bag it smelled like chewing tobacco. I did not think it tasted anything like Peach.

This tobacco is a very enjoyable smoke. I find that on the initial light the peach is very pronounced. But on tamping and relighting it becomes much more subtle, blending with the flavor of the Virginia. The thing I really appreciate about this tobacco is that you get the flavor of the peach without the cloying sweetness I find in most aromatics.

Not a Peach Flavor at all as I expected from a Tobacco Company that is Well known for Good Tobacco's. Would not Recommend!

Obviously liking peach is a prerequisite, but this is a good tobacco! I'll buy it again!

Don't let the "peach" flavor in the description fool you...it is only a very light "essence" of peach and not always present in the smoke...More than anything else, it is a pure Virginia shag...

I was hoping for a nice peach aroma. But I felt it was stale and had to send it back. The good news is that this is the first time it has happened with any product I have bought from your company.
