Gurkha Genghis Khan

Everyone knows that Gurkha makes some of the most unique and sought-after cigars in existence, mainly due to their 'think outside the box' attitude, and no cigar they make typifies that more than Genghis Khan. The Gurkha brand has built up an impressive and prestigious track record utilizing only the finest tobaccos to craft the most premium cigars, and Genghis Khan certainly fits the profile.
On the outside, the Genghis Khan cigar's dark and oily Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper shimmers in it's well-aged glory. This luxurious capa, well worth the price, surrounds one of the most singular blends of long-fillers you'll ever come across. Besides rich Dominican and Honduran tobaccos, Gurkha has included rare filler from India and Africa to create a flavor profile unlike anything you've ever tried before. There are earthy flavors combined with a bit of coffee, wood and a touch of pepper, with a floral note and sweetness on the finish.
And if you're into collectables, you won't want to pass up the gorgeous anitque-looking chest of 30 Genghis Khan cigars. The domed-top- box has a removable tray with a compartment underneath, and it truly looks like a piece of art. This is a Gurkha for the ages.

Good, Well Rounded Smoke
Very enjoyable smoke, not a power hitter on flavors, but a nice fluid smoke. Look for some mild sweetness, a tad of spice, and a warm "rounded" smoke. Some slight cedar in there too. The boxed pressed Archives have a much sharper flavor profile with more spiciness. Good flavor thoughout the smoke to the end. Burns well, with little management for any runs. I do prefer the Archive or Ghenghis, but liked both back to back, but this one is more subdued on high striking flavors, and is much more rounded and a little mellower.

Great stick
This cigar was very enjoyable. Long lasting and smooth. I would defiantly include this to my rotations.
