One of my favorite wrappers is Brazilian Aripiraca. I think the first time I tried it was on the CAO Brazilia, and it was love at first puff. So I was excited when I first came across Gurkha Ghost, because it's clad in that dark, toothy capa.
Like all Gurkhas, the presentation is gorgeous, and the shape names are kind of eerie, but that only the tip of the iceberg. Besides the silky, dark brown wrapper, there's a tasty Criollo '98 binder, and a collection of vintage Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers. You'll notice notes of dark chocolate, toast, roasted nuts, sweetness, baking spices, and pepper. Gurkha Ghost kicks out clouds of thick smoke with a creamy mouth-feel. When you've got time to relax and savor a good cigar, this is a great choice.
