Gurkha's Warlord is striking in many ways. As always, Gurkha's bands are eye-catching, and the cedar wrap adds a nice touch. The wrapper on these 6.75 x 60 gordos is a dark and oily Nicaraguan capa that positively glistens. Beneath that is a Connecticut Broadleaf binder that adds to the complexity and it's packed full of Nicaraguan long-fillers to create a rich, robust flavor profile. You'll notice woody and roasted nut notes combines with dark coffee and a hint of pepper which balances the depth.
