Got this with some tobacco in a 'special deal' from P&C. Keeps my tobacco at the perfect moisture for my smoking pleasure. Looks great in my pipestand and is very easy for me to load my pipes straight from the canister. Haven't had it long enough to know how durable the latch is. Appears to be very well made.

Got it on a special so I shouldn't complain. Nice jar - really crappy latch. May not last the life of the jar. For the asking price, the latch should have been more substantial.

Nicely done but the closing mechanism seems a little flimsy but it does close fairly tight. The ceramic seems nicely done but a little thin. It looks to be about 24oz size but not sure.

Very nice ceramic jar, the metal latch bands and clip are easy to remove for cleaning, good seal attached to underside of the lid. Very happy with it, and recommend it if your a fan of Lane.

Would have been 5 star if it had something in the top to keep the tobacco moist.

Keeps tobacco fresh, but it a little small for the price (holds about 9 ounces of typical Lane aromatics). But if you can get it with an upgrade price, it is nice.

The quality of this jar of awesome. It looks great with the rest of my pipe collection. When I close the lid I know it’ll keep my tobacco moist.

I love this jar. Is a great addition to my shelf, and keeps my tobacco plenty fresh. I have been using it about a month now, and so far the tobacco has remained very fresh with appropriate amounts of moisture. The only reason I chose to give it 4 stars, is because I had to take the metal parts off, and make better bends, so the jar would close properly. The bends were poor causing the lid to not have a proper fit. But after that, perfect.

To get the jar you will have to buy 16oz of tobacco. The jar is to SMALL to hold that much tobacco. The older jars you had were better (Black one) much better.

Love the way this jar looks. Lane limited is one of my favorite brands and having this jar is like having a complete set. The quality of the jar is excellent. I filled it with my favorite all day tobacco (1-Q) and it has kept it fresh and at the perfect moister level.

Looks great but the quality of the latch is less than that of a similar sized flip lid glass jar.

Securing mechanism is sort of on the cheap side but what can you expect for a promotion item.

I wish it had a wider mouth. It can get difficult to get the tobacco when it gets close to the bottom of the jar.

Don't know why, but I really like the jar. So far the tobacco has stayed fresh. Maybe it could be a bit larger, but I do enjoy seeing it sitting on my desk.

Looks well made and saw now flaws in mine. The Lane logo is done in quality and doesn't look cheap. Jar seals well and holds about 8 ounces of tobacco.

This container looks classy on the shelf beside my pipe rack. It is very well made and has a seal that keeps the tobacco moist for a very long time.

Air tight seal, looks great. It stores my pipe tobacco and because the lid is tight I don’t have to worry about it coming loose. Very well made.
