I have enjoyed Lane Limited BCA for many years, however, recently I went to the sight only to discover that all BCA was on backorder. So thought this was a great opportunity to try a new blend. I read many descriptions of other Lane tobacco and settled on the Lane LL-7. While BCA is my "go-to" tobacco in most instances, I must admit the the LL-7 is a very flavorful, mild, non-biting blend. The Virginia added just a touch of sweetness, while the barley and Cavendish add a remarkable balance to this blend that make it a very pleasant smoke. So this BCA backorder turned out to be a happy discovery for me in the form of the LL-7. Very high marks my friends!

This is the one tobacco I’m loath to be without. Exceptionally mild; no bite. Very pleasant room note. An all-day smoke that is versatile enough to pair nicely with bourbons or dry reds, and even with a top-shelf vodka martini.

Using it for cigs, not pipes. Looking for the mildest possible, and this burns a tad hot. A bit too moist to burn and draw well in a cig tube, despite leaving it to dry for hours. Not much flavor or aroma, but my senses aren't keen. Others might love it, but I prefer Hearth & Home Caramel Apple Pie or Lane Buttered Rum.

It truly baffles me why LL-7 is not Lane's number 1 seller. I have tried their number 1 (1-Q), and must say that when I later tried LL-7, I fell in love and never looked back. This is the picture perfect all-day smoke...light, but not lacking in flavor or taste and with zero tongue bite. It has a hint of sweetness to it, with an absolutely terrific quality of tobacco that leaves the best after taste of tobacco I have experienced. This tobacco is like a good woman...leaving you feeling content and happy, yet always wanting to come back for more. 5 stars on this one!

I'm not a big aro smoker but I like this one. I don't pick up on a whole lot of casing or topping though there is a slight sweetness to it. What makes this enjoyable for me is the rich, creamy, natural tobacco flavor that is not covered up by excessive toppings.

Tried Seattle pipe club Mississippi River, did not like it as much.

Lane makes great tobacco blends! LL-7 smells great and smokes smooth. Stays lit really well too. Very minor to no tongue bite! I recommend this one!

Finally found my "go-to" tabac! This one is not too strong, not to mild - it's JUST Right - sorta like Goldie Locks and the 3 Bears!
