Mac Baren Modern Virginia Loose Cut begins with a mixture of bright and dark Virginias along with a Virginia-based black Cavendish. A bit of Burley is added to soften the blend and to help the burning characteristics. The mixture is finished by the addition of a rich fruit note that adds a pleasant aroma without obscuring the flavor.

i find this to be a very good smoke . should be smoked in a larger pipe to give time for this tobacco to shine.

it is a new tobacco to me i enjoy the taste it is a little fruity but that burns near the top of the bowl . i like the va burly cav combination . the burly and cav seem to help the va from burning to hot.

There had been some very good pouches of this variety if I'm not mistaken, such a pleasant way to have it nice, fluffy and light for RYO as I'm an ex-cigarrette person. This is the deeper, slightly pungent European-grown tobacco I believe.
