Sometimes, expensive is justified.
Man O' War Armada is pricey, but once you try one, we're sure that you'll understand why. When A. J. Fernandez set out to make this gem, he wanted everything about the cigar to be special - the choicest tobaccos, extensively fermented and aged before rolling, only to be rolled by his best torcedors and given extensive aging after rolling to ensure that every single cigar would be a best-of-the-best experience. A rich brown Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper was selected for Armada, along with the best binder and filler leaf that Nicaragua has to offer. This is a robust cigar, but the long-aging smooths out any rough edges, so you get richness and full body without harshness, and bold flavor that will last for well over an hour. There are notes of espresso, earth and sweet wood, with ample but unobtrusive spices and a creamy hint of vanilla-like sweetness on the finish. Armada might not be an everyday cigar, but it will make any day special.
