I'm fairly new to pipe tobacco, so I wasn't sure what to try. I was in the city (nearest sizable tobacco store is over an hour away) and stopped to see what they'd recommend. The guy behind the counter pointed me to this, after talking about what types of tobacco I enjoyed in cigars. It sold me on this brand and flavor. This gives the same flavors as a good mild-bodied cigar with Dominican Republic filler. Even in my inexperienced hands, it burns well in the couple of pipes I've tried, and consistently has a great flavor.

My Xkar lighter wont light I'm going to send it back for replacement.

Just trying out flavor trying to reinvent a Tobacco I had once long time ago. In Arizona at a Tobacco store called the Tobacconist was sold one year Large bag of Sherlock Holmes mixture. This picture had a Nice flavorful Woodsy blend with in it was also a oriental blend with one herb that was key note and I can not place what oriental spice that stood out. So these flavors I am looking for to blend together are fairly strong in flavor but a smooth smoke. So this product did not have the flavors I was looking for. Also the smoke shop that bought that blend from England. Well the England store sold to another and they did not make the Sherlock blend I loved so dearly. The recipe went with the previous owner and then the Tobacco store in Arizona sold. So now I have been on a 15 year hunt if not long trying to find the 2 smoke to blend together so I can have my beloved Sherlock Holmes smoke back. All those other Sherlock Holmes smokes out there I have tried so far could not touch this blend and have been seriously disappointed that so few have any knowledge on the different types of smokes from the Sherlock Holmes novels.
