Perfect for what I wanted. A clean/compact surface on which to prep my tobacco.

Well it’s a mat.... what can I really say, but it is a nice line of demarcation from which to prepare and pack ones bowl. I really like the look and feel of just having a designated place to dry my tobacco. It’s better than a tables top.

A good tool. It would have been better had it been sharp.

The Neerup cleaning kit comes in a delightfully compact leather pouch. It has all the tools necessary to keep a pipe clean. I love the whole concept but it lacks one item that's necessary. The bowl reamer which at .78" (or 19.81mm) is only good on certain pipes. Neerup needs to put in place a universal reamer which would be more versatile. I solved this problem by inserting a Butner pipe reamer (for under $5.00) where the Neerup blade fit. It's fits perfectly and gives me a versatile reamer for the Neerup kit. The quality of the pouch and tools is wonderful ! What a marvelous item !
