|Wrapper||Connecticut Broadleaf, Habano|
The Nestor Miranda Danno One Life Edition is a tribute from Nestor to his late son, Danny. These limited release blends aren't produced every year, and when they are, they're only made in a chunky 7"x56 Churchill size with a pigtail cap. These phenomenal cigars are made at Don Pepin Garcia's My Father Factory in Nicaragua. There are three distinctly different blends, so there will be at least one to suit almost any palate.
Connecticut - A tawny, silky, Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper is the highlight of this blend, sitting atop a Nicaraguan binder and a long-filler collection from Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic and Honduras. The mellow to medium-bodied flavor profile includes notes of leather, cedar, earth, cream and mellow, sweet spices.
Maduro - An espresso-colored Connecticut Broadleaf capa enrobes a Nicaraguan binder, and a complex long-filler blends from Peru, the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. Medium to full in body, there are rich notes of cocoa, coffee, wood, earth and pepper.
Habano - A bold Nicaraguan Habano wrapper, milk chocolate in color, is showcased in this blend, covering a Nicaraguan binder and a robust blend of long-fillers from Nicaragua, Brazil and Honduras. This is a full-bodied blend with notes of cedar, earth, roasted nuts and a robust core of zesty spice.
