Nica Rustica by Drew Estate

Not the hottest girl at the prom, but she's got a great personality.

Nica Rustica has a kind of, well, rustic appearance and it comes in paper wrapped bundles, but once you've lit one, you'll forget all about the looks.

Featuring a pigtail cap and a folded-over foot (for a real blast of flavor on the initial light), these dark and oily sticks are graced with an espresso-colored Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. Underneath is a San Andres Negro binder and long-fillers from Esteli and Jalapa, where some of Nicaragua's boldest tobaccos come from. This is a robust cigar which shows notes of coffee, cocoa and lots of lively spice. Buckle up, because this is one tasty ride.

Another Good One
Drew Estate does it again. Great flavor, excellent draw, with a reasonable price.
Customer Testimonials
Starts Peppery, burns cool, consistent. Rough texture to the leaf like good hand made. Halfway through it changes to a nice mellow burn but starts to really give you that rush that it should. 3/4 it gets strong. Taste reminds me of earth and stone and the smell of a leather baseball glove, tastes like pepper and cocao. Very enjoyable smoke. If you are an amateur like me this one gets VERY strong at the 3/4 mark. I got no tongue bite from this. As a matter of fact it was pleasant right up till the point where it out muscled me and I had to put it out. Good smoke for a quiet night in the breeze outside the ball field. Went well with my Mojito.
