Try it you will like it.
Loving these tobaccos. Looking forward to trying others especially the Fuzzy Schnapps and bootlegger. Smoothest flavors and smoke. Would recommend this to all.Outstanding

If a Southern Lawyer Needed Some Nice Tins He Would Choose These
I thought all three of these were really good. The one that really stands out is the Appalachian Berry. When I first opened this one I was sure that I would not like this because I do not like sweet stuff of anything really. Upon lighting you get a faint taste of the berry that was nearly overwhelming when opening the tin. But the room note when lit turned out to be really, really nice smell of what I could nearly relate to as a blueberry scone. Not overbearing by any means. The flavor was like a Christmas ham cooked in cranberries. You know they are there but you can barely taste them. The saltiness of the ham is forward(virginias). Like I said very surprising. Does cause a little bit of ghosting though so do a thorough cleaning once done if you plan on changing blends in the same pipe. As for the other two you get a very similar flavor on both of them with the Barrel No. 76 being a little more pronounced on the flavor. Both have a vanilla/fruity like flavor but very consistent throughout the bowl. Room notes were about equal to with a smell of cavendish in the blend. I gave this one five stars for the main fact I cannot find anything wrong with these when it comes lighting, charing, consistency throughout the tins, moisture content & stability of cool, slow burning smoke throughout. If they keep the sampler going the way it is I could see purchasing it at least 3-4 times a year just so I can get all three with one push of the button.

Quite a treat.
All three are truly enjoyable. The cut, no bite, and especially if one enjoys aromatics. However, Appalachian Berry is still my favorite. Thanks P&C.

Great aromatic sampler
This is one of the better mild aromatic samplers available today. The price is right too. #76 has been my favorite for quite a while. Bootlegged seemed to be better in this sampler than when I had it a year ago. The Appalachian Berry is a berry lovers dream. Fruity and pungent. For me, it is my least favorite, but the tobaccos are quality and it certainly will please those who are so inclined. Even with not being in love with the AB, this sampler still deserves a five star review.

The sampler was a great buy.
Having never tried ole Shenandoah the sampler was a great way to see which flavor suited my taste buds. I really like two of the blends while the third was just a tad too sweet. They where all good with a pleasing aroma. Even had a gentleman ask what brand of tobacco I smoked. Samplers are a great way to pick and choose without spending your dollars buying more tobacco than you need then either giving it away or throwing it away. Ole Shenandoah was a great find.

Excellent Tobaccos!
All the tobacos in the sampler smoked very well - no bite and very mild. The price was right and Pipes & Cigars delivered the order in just a few days - which is really GREAT because I was chomng at the bit to try these. Pies & Cigars is the GREATEST place to get pipes and tobacco - the pipes are exactly like their pictures and the tobacco is excellent quality - It's the ONLY place I go to when I am looking for a new pipe or exciting tobacco - Keep up he good work everyone!

Awesome Smoke
3 great verities of tobacco. The berry has just the right amount of sweetness. The other two are not strong and leave no aftertaste. Strongly recommend trying theses.

Very Good Aromatic
I enjoyed all three samples and plan to re-order. Don't know which of the three I prefer, as they are all very smooth, woodsy, with a great room note, but believe I prefer the Barrel No. 76.

The Appalachian Berry blend by Ole Shenandoah is the only one i liked. My cigar smoking wife likes the Bootlegged blend. The Barrel No. 76 blend {original} is supposed to have no bite. I found that it was what i might call astringent. It got got thrown into my "Desk" blend made up of all sorts of stuff i have concocted along with left over scraps, etc.
