Solid draw. Think I like a 5" better. Churchill is better for an evening smoke when you have plenty of time to sit and enjoy.

My all time favorite cigar. Spicy and rich earthy Nicaraguan tobacco and low prices. Can't beat this blend.

Having smoked nothing but Cuban Cigars for the last twenty-seven years it is hard for me to believe that there is a legal alternative. This little beauty holds an ash and gives a room note so like a Monte Christo Junior that they are virtually indistinguishable. This stick doesn't know how to give a harsh note in flavor. With a mellow vegetal taste and an aftertaste of leather that stays throughout. I just cannot recommend anything more highly than this legal alternative, especially for those of you who's only break from the war was the comfort of a relaxing sweet Cuban.

Tried different cigars, but none compares

An excellent smoke! I didn't want this cigar to end, and smoked it until the ash was just about touching my fingers. The burn maintained a clean edge throughout, the draw was smooth and cool until the very end, and the flavors continued to enhance. I will maintain a good supply of these in my humidor from now on.

not terribly surprised that this stick was a recent ‘Cigar of the Year’ winner; its full bodied, Earthy complexity is very, very satisfying & quickly becoming a personal favorite. Oliva’s consistent stable of already excellent offerings (‘Cain’ included) has been enhanced even more so. i’ve been a staunch, loyal Serie ‘O’ and ‘V’ fan for a long time now but the Serie ‘V Melanio’ really raised the bar on an already terrific smoke. if you haven’t tried these yet, then give yourself a treat and give ‘em a try; if you’re a full-bodied, full flavor connoisseur, then i doubt you’ll experience ‘buyer’s remorse’. if i had to compare/ contrast, the Melanio robusto harkens to the quality one experiences w/ the highly rated Padron (but considerably less $$$).

Incredible cigar! This is by far one of the best and one my favorites. Everything about the cigar (the smell, burn, taste, aftertaste) is top notch.

I like Oliva serie V cigars - they are very good BUT not in the same league as Padron - IMHO

Great high quality cigars . In 2014 this was the #1 cigar in the world, and it's not from Cuba!!!
