Being in possession of 24 cards because of limitations in the package amounts of tobacco, and constrained by expiration dates and usage of said cards; the bulk of the cards are useless and of no value. Promotions should be per order, not per item. The promotions had no influence on the purchase of product selected. The quality and desirability of the product is always the primary influence. Sincerely consider restructuring promotion and/or the packaging of the product. Thanks

Sorry, but I didn't buy this card. You sent me this card as a bonus for spending so much money on my previous order. I haven't cashed this card in yet, either. However, I did try to use my FACTORY COUPONS, SENT TO ME BY CAPTAIN BLACK pipe tobacco, and you wouldn't accept them. I've never had that happen to me ever before! Everyone takes factory issued coupons. With your not answering the phone the two times I called the day before and after Thanksgiving, and closing you offices 3 hours early every day, and now this, I'm really of thinking of taking my normally $300.00 + business somewhere else!

What's not to like? I made my normal purchase and received a voucher good for $5 on my next purchase!

Got the Lane BCA and 1. Both are excellent and 1A is my favorite so far. The pipe cleaners are quite useful to rid the moisture after a couple of smokes. Also got the straight Drac and it is a favorite.

I quickly became a fan of P&C before even buying anything because of how many deals and promotions you appear to give away. I was really excited to buy a ton of stuff so I got all the PC Cash. Was a little sad to see that they are not actual gift cards, and that you have to have a balance equivalent to the cash, but I understand why. Also was sad to see the exact same thing being given away in an email, but I can use that as well, so I guess its a win win for me.
