Peter Stokkebye's Cube Cut is unusual, as most cube cuts are strictly Burley or Virginia, but this uses both tobaccos combined in layers which are Cavendish-pressed and cut into small cubes. The singular pouch aroma is one of tea and pepper, but the flavor is very gentle and the tobacco burns slowly. Great as a relaxing slow smoke on its own, No. 41 Cube Cut can also be added to any blend that burns too fast or needs a little more natural flavor.
Enjoy this by itself, and experimenting with blending this as base with some latakia, perique. Cant beat price.
Didn't care much for it . i do like the taste but was hard to keep burning and in the end it just wasn't as good as others in my opinion ..might get more down the line but for now id rather try others.
I wish I had started smoking a pipe with this rather than all those tongue-scalding aromatics. Gravity filled and easily lit - yet, the real beauty is a tobacco that has a natural sweetness, burns cool, and can be innocently blended with other tobaccos to round out their flavor profiles. But on its own, its one of my favorites.
This is a great smoke. I am a flake fan and this is a really nice change of pace. It is the best and easiest packing tobacco I have ever used, and it gives a nice, long, mellow smoke. Good stuff, P & C!
Smokes similar to Half and Half without the top dressing.
