When I first started smoking a pipe, I almost doomed it for myself. I had one decent pipe, so I didn't let it rest and the pipe started getting a little funky. Luckily I had my dad to talk to and he told me that I needed to get a couple more pipes so I could let them rest between bowls. Whether you're a newbie or you just want to give yourself more options, the Pipe-A-Day Sampler will give you a week's rotation of pipes, including briar, corn cob, and clay, for a little over $14 each, so round out your collection for less than a c-note.

Great sampler if you're looking for some more pipes in your collection
I have only recently began smoking pipes and found that I wanted more variety of pipes. When I saw this, I was excited to get 7 pipes for $100. I ordered it and was not disappointed. Out of the 7 pipes, there are 3 that are contenders for my new favorite daily smoker. I got a clay pipe that is interesting. Not my favorite, but I'm glad I have it. I got a pretty good corncob pipe. I got a tiny little pocket pipe that I didn't think that I would like, but have found that it is great for a quick smoke and I typically keep it in my car for quick smokes. As for the others, they are my favorite of the lot. I got a Brylon pipe that has a big bowl. I will definitely get some more Brylon pipes. It burns a little hot if you smoke it too fast, but it allows you to really taste the true flavor of your tobacco. Then I got 3 good briar pipes. 2 curved and one straight. One of them has really thick walls and a good sized bowl which I use almost daily on my long commute to and from work because it doesn't get too hot to hold. I would definitely by another one of these. I have been very pleased with the pipes that I received.

Great Package for beginners
This is a great way to start your pipe collection. It will provide several different pipe designs and sizes, some on the smaller side. I have come to apperciate the smaller bowled pipes, and really like 4 of the pipes. I have smoked pipes for over 20 years now, and tend to have expensive taste. One of the pipes never made it to my collection (machine made with a filter) the clay pipe was interesting but I'm not a fan. But the "Pipe a day" was worth every dollar spent! I have been able to learn and expand my love for pipes even more. And Pipes And Cigars has never let me down. I must say the biggest surprise..... was the (I will never waste my money on that) ....the corn cob! Now i want to purchase more, they smoke better than I would have expected.

Cool Assortment, Cool Price
While I enjoyed smoking Missouri Meerschaum cob pipes, I was ready to try something new. I wanted a pipe that looked good and felt good in the hand, but couldn’t decide on a brand, style, or price. I saw this sampler pack and decided to let the good folks at P&C decide for me. When I opened the box on Christmas morning...yes I waited until then...I was very excited to see the cool assortment of the pipes presented. I had read reviews that some of the pipes were smaller, requiring the smoker to fill more bowls. While I will agree that some of the pipes were smaller than full sized, I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 “full sized” briars and 2 “slightly smaller than full sized” pipes in my assortment. As advertised, I received a good sampling—a clay, a cob, a small briar (good for the pocket), a med/large briar that is very ornate, a med/large brylon (good for the truck), and two full sized briars. The pipes were a good assortment of bent and straight, as well as finishes and colors. I haven’t smoked them all yet, but the ones I have are well constructed and smoke well. I dropped the brylon pipe on concrete and it was unphased. I have had many compliments on the full sized briars. I’m actually considering buying another sampler pack just to add to the arsenal and see what others styles I can collect. Great assortment for the price...I’m very happy with this purchase.

All pipes worked but one
Great price even for 6 of 7 working pipes. One pipe had a stem that wasn’t open.

Nice intro
For a very reasonable price, this sampler gives a great intro to a variety of types of pipes and materials. Because it was so random it included some bowl shapes and materials that I normally would be tempted to skip over. I've been pleasantly surprised in some cases and will be avoiding some materials (clay) that I had been looking into before I made a larger investment.

Not bad
Where to begin? This set is a good idea for someone new to pipes as it gives you seven to rotate through. I received a German clay pipe, a cob pipe, bent brylon, and four different briars. What i did not realize is that the majority of the pipes are small. I guess it doesn't make a difference, I will just have to smoke more bowls, I am just use to standard size pipes.
