Punch has been around for over a century and a half, and they've been making industry standard cigars in Honduras since 1969. The brand, today, represents one of the most eclectic collections of blends available, and now they introduce a bold new addition to one of the most popular lineups in premium cigars - Punch Signature.
I'm a huge fan of quality corojo wrappers, and the Ecuadorian capa used for Signature is an oily, chestnut brown masterpiece. A unique Nicaraguan binder holds together long fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. As you might guess, because of the corojo wrapper, there are dark fruit notes along with a healthy dose of sweet spice. A leathery core flavor ties it all together. If you love Punch and you like corojo, this is one cigar you can't pass up.
