Ramon Bueso Genesis The Project is the first release to come out under his name. This Honduran masterpiece is a medium to full-bodied cigar, chock full of Honduran filler and binder leaf, swathed in an oily, dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper.
Available in four sizes, they all deliver flavors of espresso, nuts and sweet spice, that develop constantly through the entire experience, ending in a rich crescendo that will have you waiting, impatiently, until you light up the next.
I recently put in a big order of cigars from P&C and among others, was a five pack of these Genesis The Project. What a smoke! The description hits the nail on the head; espresso, nuts and what I call semi-sweet spice. All of those flavor notes come through, wonderfully in sync with one another. As the description also says, they all develop and change as you smoke through the cigar; they all take turns leading the show, but not an overpowering way. The nutty note was especially present on the pre-light draw (for me anyway). It was just a delightful smoking experience, the wrapper is beautiful and oily, and the ash was firm and held strong for at least half of the cigar. Give this one a try people, you wont be disappointed!
