Royal Danish Single Blend is such a different cigar that you've got to give it a try.
About ten years ago, I fell in love with Costa Rican cigars. There was a toasty character to them, without any harshness of bitterness. Unfortunately, they're very hard to find. So I was thrilled when we decided to pick up Royal Danish cigars and found that one of their blends was from Costa Rica - Royal Danish Single Blend.
All of the tobacco for these cigars comes from a single, isolated farm. A minimum of organic fertilizer is used in growing the leaf, which is sun-grown and harvested using Cuban methods. Then, the tobacco is fire-cured in a laborious process that makes the three to five-year aged leaf taste like it was aged much longer. These cigars have a toasty, nutty character, backed up by sweet spices. If you want a medium to full-bodied cigar that's remarkably smooth, reach for a Royal Danish Single Blend.
