I've tried almost every flavor of Russ' Monthly Blend and this is my favorite one. Results in a very relaxing and great smelling smoke.

Amazing, just mind boggling. The reason I say mind boggling is that when ever I am up for a smoke my mind automatically goes straight to this blend out of 35+ others. I have a generous amount of samples I am still trying to get through but it is difficult as this blends keeps pulling me back. Arrives not over moistened nor dry but at a very acceptable level that will keep healthy and dry quick for a nice smoke. This blend burns very well and smokes pretty close to cool and i think i say only pretty close because the flavors to me are warm as its name is. Flavors are not overboard but provide a healthy does that leaves your self questioning another bowl. This has been probably the best bet I made and I am happy I grabbed 4oz and will place another order shortly.

I have been trying out some aromatics and searching for one that is not too heavily dressed with a flavoring. Warm-up is definitely a contender as it is not so flavored as to overshadow the flavor of the VA's and burly. Very nice all day smoke with a pleasant room note.

I'm new to pipe smoking and so far I've only tried a couple different types of Captian Black, which was pretty good, but I ordered some of Russ' Warm-Up blend and I can tell a difference in quality, as it smells and smokes very nice. It's smooth and flavorful.
